Some of the people I know with really big off-site audiences — Facebook groups, Instagram communities, you name it — have been requesting this update for Idea Lists for a while. These are folks who know exactly what they’re doing when it comes to using Idea Lists to promote off-site and earn more commissions, so when they ask, I listen. Here’s the new Idea List functionality I just shipped in Oink, and how to use it to make your off-site strategy a lot easier.

Built for the Off-Site Crowd

This update is for Pro subscribers of Oink, and it’s squarely aimed at the off-site crowd. Oink started out as an Amazon influencer tool, but it’s very quickly turning into an Amazon affiliate tool too — and I love building updates for the people working off-site traffic, because that’s where a lot of the real commission growth is happening right now.

Bulk Add Products Straight From Search Results

You already know the “Start Checking” button in the bottom-left corner on Amazon. Search for anything — say, vacuums — and on any results page, click that button. Oink goes through the page and builds you a list of every product that’s on Creator Connections, along with the metrics that matter: EPC, clicks, units sold in the last 30 days, and so on.

Here’s the new part: you can now select products from that list — all of them, one of them, whatever you want — and add them directly to an Idea List without ever leaving your search results.

Fetch Your Idea Lists First

One prerequisite: Oink needs to know what Idea Lists you have. Check your search bar — it shows how many Idea Lists Oink has collected. If it says zero, you haven’t fetched them yet. Go to Storefront Fetch, run Fetch Idea Lists, and let it work. It might take a minute depending on how many lists you’ve got, but it’s a one-time thing, and after that you can add to any of your lists from anywhere.

Adding Products in One Click

Once your lists are fetched, select your products, click “Add to Idea List,” and pick the destination — in my demo I used my “Summer Dad Vibes” list. Click Add, and every selected product lands in that list. My list went from nine products to a full lineup of vacuums in seconds. You can add as many products as are on the list; just pick whichever Idea List you want them in.

Label CC Campaigns Inside Any Idea List

Now for the part the off-site veterans really asked for. When you’re looking at an Idea List, there’s a new button at the top. Click it, and Oink goes through every product in that list and puts a label on anything that has a Creator Connections campaign — including the CC commission percentage. If you’ve ever tried to keep track of which products inside an Idea List actually have campaigns attached, you know exactly why this matters: that’s the difference between sending traffic at standard rates and sending traffic at boosted CC rates.

The same function works from the Manage page too, so wherever you’re working with your lists, the campaign labels are one click away.

Reorder Your Idea List Around Commissions

I took it one step further, because I’m that kind of guy. Say you’re sharing an Idea List somewhere and actively sending people to it. You want the Creator Connections products at the top, where they get seen and clicked first. Click Manage, run the labeling, and then simply drag and drop products based on the commission rate — pull that high-CC product up above everything that doesn’t have a campaign. Your list is now prioritized around what actually pays you the most.

Why This Matters for Your Idea List Strategy

This is version one — I’ll keep adding to it. But if you’re working the Idea List strategy, here’s the loop this unlocks: research products on Creator Connections from any search page, bulk-add the winners to a targeted Idea List, label the CC campaigns so you know what’s earning boosted rates, and reorder the list so your highest-commission products lead. Then share that list everywhere your off-site audience lives. Knowing what’s in Creator Connections means you can take the right actions to make your Idea Lists actually earn.

Whether you’re on-site, off-site, or building both, the goal is the same: stop guessing and start putting your energy into products that actually pay. The Bulk Add to Idea Lists feature is live now for Pro subscribers — get Oink for Influencers at oinkforinfluencers.com and put your Idea Lists to work.
