Quick update for everyone using Oink for Influencers — I just pushed version 7.5.6, and it comes with three new features. This post covers the first one: a new Download Reports button that saves you a bunch of time when pulling your Amazon earnings data.
The Problem: Amazon’s 30-Day CSV Limitation
If you’ve tried downloading your earnings reports from Amazon recently, you’ve probably noticed that they changed their CSV downloads to only show 30 days at a time. That means if you want a full quarter or a full year of data — which most of us need for tracking trends, doing taxes, or just understanding our business — you’d have to manually download it month by month. For a full year, that’s 12 separate downloads you have to stitch together. It’s tedious and unnecessary.
The Fix: Oink’s New Download Reports Button
In the new update, I’ve added a Download Reports button directly to your earnings page inside Oink. Whatever date range you’re currently looking at, you can now download that entire report with a single click. No more messing with 30-day windows or manually combining spreadsheets. Set your date range, hit the button, and you’ve got your data. It works exactly the way Amazon’s download should have worked in the first place.
How to Use It
Using the new feature is straightforward. Navigate to your earnings page in Oink, set the date range you want using the date picker, and click the Download Current Report button. That’s it. The report downloads as a CSV file with all the data for your selected range. Whether you’re pulling a week’s worth of data or six months, it handles it the same way — one click, one file.
Available for Free and Pro Users
This feature is available to everyone, not just Pro subscribers. Whether you’re on the free tier or the paid plan, you get access to the Download Reports button. I wanted to make sure everyone could benefit from this quality-of-life improvement since it solves a problem that affects all Amazon influencers, not just power users.
Why This Matters for Your Business
Having easy access to your full earnings data is more important than most people realize. When you can quickly pull reports for any date range, you can spot trends in your commissions, identify which seasons or product categories perform best, and make better decisions about what content to create next. It also makes tax season a lot less painful when you can export a clean full-year report instead of piecing together monthly fragments.
