I’ve been working on this one for weeks, and it’s one of my favorite things I’ve ever built into Oink. Amazon influencer product research just got a massive upgrade: the brand-new Oink scanner finds way more products, more Creator Connections campaigns, and more commission opportunities on basically any Amazon page you’re looking at. If you’ve been using the old Creator Connections-only button, this replaces it with something far more powerful — and in this post I’ll walk you through exactly how it works.

The New Scan Button Works on Any Amazon Page
The old workflow was limited: you could pull Creator Connections campaigns, and that was about it. The new scanner is a different animal. Pro subscribers now get a scan button that works on bestsellers pages, search results, and coupon pages — basically anywhere on Amazon you’d naturally be browsing for product ideas.
That matters because product research shouldn’t force you into one workflow. Sometimes you’re digging through a bestsellers category, sometimes you’re searching a keyword, sometimes you’re hunting coupon pages for discounted products that convert. Now the same scan works across all of it.
The New Product Research Results Page
When you run a scan, everything lands on a new results page built for one purpose: getting you from “here are 100 products” to “here are the 5 worth filming” as fast as possible. Every product shows up in one table with all the data points you need side by side, instead of you opening 30 tabs and cross-referencing by hand.
The Product Data You Get on Every Scan
Here’s what the scanner pulls for each product:
- Fizz Approved status — my quick signal on whether a product is worth your time
- Creator Connections campaign percentages — see stacked commission opportunities immediately
- EPC (earnings per click) — how much campaigns are actually paying out per click
- Commission rates — the baseline category rate for every product
- Units sold — real demand signals, not guesses
This is the data that separates products that make money from products that just look good. A product with a CC campaign, strong EPC, and real sales volume is a fundamentally different opportunity than a random item with a nice thumbnail.
Checking Canada, UK, and Australia Availability
If you’re not checking international availability, you’re leaving money on the table. The scanner shows you whether products are available in Canada, the UK, and Australia, so you can prioritize products that earn in multiple marketplaces from the same piece of content. One video, multiple storefronts, more commissions — that’s the whole game.
Keepa Integration and Loading More Products
The results page also integrates with Keepa, so you can check price history without leaving your research flow, and you can load more products to keep expanding a scan when the first batch isn’t enough. The point is to keep you in one place while you evaluate, instead of bouncing between five tools.
Sorting and Filtering Your Way to Commissions
This is where the scanner really earns its keep. You can sort results to surface the highest-earning opportunities first, then stack filters to cut the list down to exactly what you’re looking for:
- Filter to only products with active Creator Connections campaigns
- Set EPC thresholds so low payers never waste your time
- Filter by carousel presence to find on-site placement opportunities
- Filter by sales volume so you’re only looking at products that actually move
- Surface coupon discounts and remove duplicate brands from your results
Stack a couple of those together and you go from a raw scan to a short list of money-making products in under a minute.
Bulk Requesting Creator Connections Products
Once you’ve filtered down to the good stuff, you don’t have to request campaigns one at a time anymore. The scanner lets you bulk request Creator Connections products straight from your results. Requesting campaigns used to be the tedious part of the workflow — now it’s a batch operation you knock out in seconds.
Idea Lists and Investment Queue Opportunities
Not every product you find is something you’ll film today. Products you like can go straight into your Idea List so they’re waiting for you when you plan your next filming batch. And the Investment Queue surfaces opportunities where buying a product to review makes financial sense based on the numbers — so even your product purchases become data-driven decisions instead of gut calls.
Where to Use the Scanner
My advice: run it where the opportunities cluster. Bestsellers pages for proven demand, search results for niche digging, and coupon pages for discounted products that convert well in content. Combined with the rest of the Oink toolkit — Storefront Cross Check, the Comparison Video Schedule, Unavailable Video Matching, and the 5 Pillars system — this scanner turns product research from the slowest part of being an Amazon influencer into the fastest.
